Our Mission
At A Positive Driving Experience Driving School, we are committed to bringing a personal touch to driver’s education, whether the student is a new driver or an experienced one brushing up on existing skills. Our instructors take the time to meet the personal needs of each student, as no two are alike and what works for one might not work for the next. All students start with an essential primer to safe driving, the rules of the road, and understanding the functions of the
car as it relates to safety and common-sense driving. Other “defensive driving” fundamentals include:
- Lane changes.
- S.M.O.G. (Signal, Mirrors, Over your shoulder, and Go). A must do prior to changing lanes)
- Right of way at various intersections and pertaining to pedestrians
- Traffic checks
- Following distance
- Acceleration and speed control
- Braking and stopping smoothly behind the limit line
- Rolling turns
To ensure students will make progress with every class, they and their parents receive a report for the first three lessons,
focusing on strengths and weaknesses. This information is carried forward to future lessons.
We have been in business for five years, proudly serving the
San Fernando Valley and some surrounding areas. We are inspired to do things differently, including paying
full attention to students, and coaching them right up to the moment of the test to ensure they would have the confidence
to pass. We understand the importance of teaching young people the importance
of taking responsibility behind the wheel and looking out for other people in the community and out on the road. We
value that parents have put their trust in us and know that we keep their student drivers’ best interests at heart.
